How Dunii London Ltd uses personal data

1. Who We Are
Dunii London Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 16807156), registered office 514 Hertford Road, London N9 8AE, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC066282).

2. Information We Collect
- Membership: name, company name and number, VAT number, address, contact details, accounts contact and authorised bookers.
- Bookings: Passenger names, pickup and destination addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, number of Passengers and luggage, special instructions and fares.
- Payments: payment cards are registered and stored by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Journeys: vehicle, driver and timing details, and vehicle location during a Booking through our booking platform.
- Communications: emails, messages and notes of calls. Calls may be recorded for training and quality.
- Dashcam footage: vehicles may be fitted with dashcams recording video.
- Complaints and lost property: details of the complaint or item, investigation notes and outcome.
- Credit checks (business Members only): the result of a business credit check.
- Accessibility needs: information you give us so we can provide a suitable vehicle or assistance, such as wheelchair use or an assistance dog.
- Website: information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 9.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to our newsletter.
3. How We Use It and Our Lawful Basis

We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above, with:
- Drivers carrying out your Booking, and other licensed operators where a Booking is subcontracted.
- Service providers acting on our instructions: Chauffeur Drive Systems (booking and dispatch), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS messages), Google (maps and address lookup in our online booking tools), Microsoft 365 (email and document storage), Netlify (website hosting), and Creditsafe (business credit checks).
- Transport for London, the police and other authorities where the law requires or permits it.
- Insurers and professional advisers where needed to handle claims or obtain advice.
We never sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers, such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, Microsoft and Netlify, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
6. How Long We Keep It

7. Your Rights
You have the right to: be informed about how we use your data; access a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our use of it; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
To exercise any right, contact our Data Protection Lead using the details in section 1. We respond within one month and there is normally no charge.
8. Marketing
We send our monthly newsletter by email only to those who opt in. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email contact@dunii.london. Messages about your Bookings and account are service messages, not marketing, and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
9. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
Our online booking tools, provided by Chauffeur Drive Systems, use Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when you use them.
10. Children
Our services are booked by adults. Where a parent, guardian or school arranges travel for a child, we process the child's details, and the details of the adults at pickup and drop-off, only to carry out the Booking safely under our Safeguarding Policy.
11. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted devices, access controls and secure, reputable service providers. Our drivers are instructed not to keep Passenger contact details after a Booking is completed.
12. Complaints

13. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available at www.dunii.london.
